Your engine: sacral energy

As a Generator you have a defined sacral center: a deep, renewable well of life-force energy. When you’re using it correctly, it’s nearly inexhaustible; you can work long and hard at the right things and wake up ready for more.

The catch is that word: right. Your sacral energy is not meant to be spent on everything. It’s meant to be spent on what genuinely lights you up, and it will flat-out refuse, or slowly rot into resentment, when you force it toward what doesn’t.

I’ve watched Generators transform once they stopped initiating from their heads and started responding from their guts. Your strategy: respond, don’t initiate

This is the piece that changes everything for Generators: you’re designed to respond, not to initiate.

The mind says the way to get what you want is to go out and make it happen, push, chase, force the door. But the Generator’s energy doesn’t work that way. It comes alive in response to something real: an opportunity that appears, a question, a person, a project that lands in front of you and lights up your gut with a yes. When you initiate from the head, you often end up committed to things that drain you. When you respond from your gut, your energy is fully behind the choice.

Love: In relationships, your energy is felt by everyone around you. When you’re satisfied and lit up, you’re magnetic and generous. When you’re frustrated and depleted, it leaks into everything.
