For over 22 years, we have guided entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives through transformations that defy conventional explanation. Over 5,000 lives touched. Not through strategy or willpower — through shifting who someone is at the deepest level, so that what they create is no longer limited by the identity that built it.

Oz went to Bible college. Became a missionary and preacher. Built a seven-figure software company in his twenties. Moved into the non-profit sector and helped organizations scale from six figures to eight. Became an executive for an eight-figure charity. Started doing executive mindset coaching with emphasis on vision and leadership.
Then hit a wall that none of it could move.
He had overcome depression. Suicidal ideation. Religious dogma and indoctrination. Divorce. Multiple complete reinventions. What he calls "a triple master's degree in reinvention." And through all of it, he discovered something: energy was his first language. It was the source of his genius and success through every chapter — he just had not recognized it until the last identity fell away.
Oz has a mystical relationship with language. He sees words as creation tools — abracadabra is Aramaic for "I create as I speak." He finds meaning in how words sound alike: know and no. One and won. Weight and wait. Sentence — a group of words, and what a judge gives you.
In the work, Oz unleashes the mind. He helps clients design, understand, and lead from a new place. He reframes their words — their spells — and builds the bridge from energetic shift to lived reality. He holds integration between sessions, the regular check-ins that keep clients anchored in the new frequency.

Mazíx Mahalel

Mazíx was born and raised in Peru, in a warm but traditional society. She grew up feeling she needed to prove herself to be loved — and then broke through all of it. Unworthiness, not-enoughness, deep-rooted fears, programming, and density. Every layer.
She was born psychic. Her first memory of this life is opening her eyes as a newborn and clearing the energy of the woman holding her. At seven years old, when a teacher described Utopia as fantasy, she said: "That world exists, and that's the world I have come to experience."
Mazíx has lived in the United States for 24 years. Denver was the first city she ever felt at home — the place where, as she describes it, "my wings were born, and the truth of who I am came online." She and Oz now live a digital nomad life, working with clients worldwide.
Her gift is omnificence — the capacity to see energetic architecture across all timelines and realities. She sees exactly what is keeping someone from their highest timeline and clears distortions, programming, and limiting experiences at the root. She is also the founder of the Omni-Magick™ Academy.
Mazíx calls herself a facilitator, not a coach. "I guide you. We do it together." In the work, she transforms consciousness. She connects clients to soul, truth, and body. She liberates the old so there is space for the real. She opens the heart.
