Run on fear, 25 becomes Constriction. You hold your breath around people who could actually matter to you. You stay spiritually curious but keep it all in your head, safely untested. Or you go the other way and go cold the second someone gets close, calling it independence.
Run on love, the same heart becomes Acceptance. You let someone see you mid-mess and discover they stay anyway. Keep choosing love and Acceptance opens into Universal Love: a widening so natural you stop noticing where you end and the people around you begin.

You'll catch yourself bracing, maybe for the first time on purpose. A hand pulling back from a hug a half second too soon. A joke instead of an honest answer. Just notice it this season. You don't have to fix it yet.
